CinCoYo Studio Terms & Conditions
Please read all terms and conditions in their entirety before booking a session with CinCoYo Studio. By booking online you agree to all terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions are subject to change anytime at our discrection.
Studio Booking
All sessions require a non-refundable 100% deposit at time of booking.
** Please come prepared with music if applicable and an USB Flashdrive or External Hardrive to receive your recording session files.
** Cancellation fees do apply.
Session Start Time
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled time to ensure all business is complete and sessions starts promptly.
- Clock starts when engineer is required to utilize any equipment. Reasonable artist set-up time is allowable but clock starts when any engineer assistance is needed.
- Clients that are late will forfeit missed time and are responsible for full payment for scheduled sessions
Session End Time
- We do not charge in half hour increments. If client goes over 5 minutes full hour is due to continue.
- Session time includes 30 minutes for data dump, mix down onto audio CDs, and creation of Master CD/DVD. For example, if a session is booked for 4 hours, the last 30 minutes of the session is designated for the data dump.
Studio Cancelation Policy
Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time. Sessions canceled within 24 hours of scheduled time will be billed for full session as a cancellation fee. Sessions rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled time will be billed for full session as a credit/deposit toward the next scheduled session. Non-arrival without contact after an hour past the scheduled session time will constitute cancellation and will be billed for full session as a cancellation fee. All deposits are non-refundable. Sessions rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to scheduled time will maintain deposit toward the next scheduled session.
